About Jigsaw Counselling & Elspeth Griffiths

What is counselling?
Counselling offers you a confidential and safe place to confront or challenge feelings or behaviours. Your Counsellor will help you to explore your issues and better understand your feelings or behaviours but will not offer advice or tell you what to do.

dot You are requested to give 24hrs notice if you are unable to attend a session, otherwise the fee is payable.
